MDS Cars, LTD Direct Buying From AUCTIONS
We are registered as a member with almost all Japanese Auto Auctions. Customer forwards their requirement to us for purchase, after we will buy the vehicle on their behalf, within their mentioned FOB Price. Customer will Security deposit as advance of Yen 100,000 (Refundable) after that we check everyday the next day's auctions, to find out vehicles according to our customer's requirements. When we find any matching vehicle as per customer demand after that we send an email to our customer with all details, conditions & photos of the vehicle. If customer likes the vehicle & authorize us to bid, then we next day bid for that vehicle up to the authorized amount of customer. If our bid is successful & we get the vehicle, we ask the customer to pay the amount within two working days after receiving the Proforma Invoice. When we received the payment from customer after that we arrange the shipment of vehicle by 1st available ocean vessel. We will take the profit US$ 400 per each vehicle.

Normal Terms of Trading

A. Buying from Our Stock [For All Customer]
Our payment terms for buying from our stocks are as follows:
1- 50% advance payment upon receipt of confirmation of vehicle's chassis numbers.
2- 50% remaining balance is to be paid within three working days before shipping date. When customer is liable to transfer 100% of the total value after we will responsible to send the documents including Bill of Lading to customer within 7days after shipment.
Note 1: For vehicles under Yen 200,000 FOB value, customer should be paid 100% advance.
Note2: Any bank charges/commission, occurred at time of remittance, should be born by customer.
OR
1- 100% irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) in favor of MDS., LTD drawn and negotiable at any Japanese or International Bank in Japan.
Note: L/C may not be acceptable in certain cases, due to international regulations, or due to our internal policy.
The shipments of the order will be made within 15 days of the receipt of the payment, subject to availability of the shipping vessel. The customer cannot cancel the order after acceptance. In case of cancellation, the company may seek the suitable amount to recover the loss.
The company reserves its rights to the sold items (Vehicles, Parts, etc.), until all dues from the customer have been cleared. Although every effort is made to ensure that the items have been supplied are strictly to the specification, however, should there be any discrepancy the allowances will only be made at company's discretion.

C. Quality Department:
Our quality department is Physically Inspection of each unit before shipment.
Spare Parts

We have two different systems in spare parts supplying which are as follows:
1- Ordering System
Bulk Ordering: In this system, our parts department makes the prompt quotation, according to buyer's requirement list. After agreed, 50% of payment required and we start collecting the parts according to the order. When collection is completed, then balance payment required to proceed to shipment.
Unit Ordering from our stock: Any part found in our stock list, can be purchased by 100% advance payment, including delivery cost.
Unit ordering out of stock : Any required part -used or new- not found in our stock list, can be searched & purchased for you, after 100% advance payment including delivery cost.
2- Vehicle Collecting System:
In this system, buyer comes to Japan, & collect himself whatever he needs. We provide accommodation, traveling guidance, translation, transportation, storage, loading and shipment services, on an agreed price.
Dismantling of Vehicles
According to customer's needs, we also dismantle (full / half-cut) the vehicles, purchased from our used or
damaged stock. We also have arrangement for loading of the dismantled parts (or front-clips) in containers, & send them to the port. The charges vary according to dismantling type (full / half-cut), type of the vehicle (car / van), or size of the container (20 feet / 40 feet). Please inquire for the charges by e-mail.
